1. Tournament Entry Fees Refund Policy of Sasy BATTLE

All tournament entry fees, token deposits, and slot bookings processed on the Sasy BATTLE platform are final. Once a player registers and books a seat for a specific match or competitive lobby, it cannot be canceled, and the entry fee is non-refundable.

2. Match Outage & Cancellation Refunds on Sasy BATTLE

If a tournament or competitive lobby is canceled by the Sasy BATTLE administration due to technical errors, scheduling issues, or platform-wide outages, the full entry fee will be refunded back to the user's tournament wallet balance within 24 hours.

3. Disqualification & Compliance under Sasy BATTLE

No refunds will be granted to players who are disqualified from an active match or tournament for violating the fair play policies of Sasy BATTLE.
